Investigations

As a group we pride ourselves on what we do and where we have been, we are privileged to have investigated some of the best locations in the South of England where we are based.

What we do & how we do it
We use several methods on an investigation to try and gather evidence of activity in the locations we visit.
We use equipment to measure readings and to record any activity that may occur, and we use sensitives to help to encourage activity and even to try to communicate with whoever may be present at the time.
We respect the places we investigate and we have even more respect for any spirits that we encounter during an investigation, as we try not to upset or antagonise the 'residents' at a location, but to treat them as normal people just as they were before they passed, they had moods and feelings just like any other person, so you have to take this into consideration when dealing with spirits, because sometimes they want to communicate, and other times they just want to be left alone.
We place cameras in different areas to try to capture video footage of any activity. We also use other methods such as E.V.P... Electronic Voice Phenomenon', where you take a voice recorder and ask a series of questions, and if you capture any voices you did not hear while recording, then that could be paranormal.
We also use Trigger Objects as well, this is where you place an object of relevance to an area on a piece of white paper, draw around it then leave a camera aimed at it filming. If you return later to find the object has moved outside the outline, then this could be down to paranormal activity also.
Also like most groups we do 'calling out', where you just ask if there is any spirit person present, or ask if there is somebody there as sometimes they may not respond when you address your questions to a spirit body, as some spirits believe they are still alive.
We also have 'quiet time' as well, where you just sit silent and listen for anything out of the ordinary that may be of a paranormal nature. Several times using this method we have had a response in the form of a voice that we have captured on audio and the sound has also been picked up on camera as well. This may sound like a boring way of doing things, but you can sometimes get some very good evidence if you all remain quiet for a time.
We also use Enhanced Audio Devices. We sometimes refer to these pieces of equipment as 'Dog Ears' for obvious reasons. These can be very useful indeed on an investigation if used in the right way and the right area. You have to take into account that they maginfy all the sound around you, so if there is machinery running like a generator or a noisey electrical appliance, then they will pick this up and make your footage useless. They need to be used in places that are dead silent (pardon the pun folks) to be of most use on an investigation, but even then if your sitting close to it they will enhance a rumbling stomach which can be quite amusing!
